Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are pristine
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
• Manage janitorial tasks efficiently, including trash removal and restocking supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, such as scheduling or inventory checks

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and operating cleaning equipment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with laundry processes and housekeeper management practices is preferred
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is advantageous; hotel experience is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
