Full-Time Housekeeper

Location: League City, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Day Shift

About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain a private residence to exceptional standards. This is not a hotel housekeeping position—we are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a beautifully maintained home, notices the small details, and works proactively without constant direction.

The ideal candidate is dependable, trustworthy, discreet, energetic, and genuinely enjoys keeping a home immaculate.

ResponsibilitiesDaily Housekeeping

• Perform detailed cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, office, gym, and common spaces
• Dust all surfaces, décor, light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, and baseboards
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain all flooring surfaces
• Clean mirrors, glass, windows (interior), and doors
• Sanitize countertops, sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and fixtures
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the home
• Make beds and refresh bedrooms daily
• Organize rooms and ensure every space is guest-ready

Laundry & Linen Care

• Wash, dry, fold, and properly store clothing and household linens
• Iron and steam clothing when needed
• Change bed linens regularly
• Organize closets, drawers, and linen storage
• Follow garment care instructions carefully

Kitchen Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen spotless throughout the day
• Load and unload dishwasher
• Hand wash delicate items
• Wipe appliances inside and out
• Clean refrigerator, pantry, microwave, and cabinets as scheduled
• Organize pantry and food storage areas
• Maintain coffee station and beverage areas

Organization

• Maintain organization throughout the home
• Restock household supplies
• Keep closets, cabinets, and storage spaces neat
• Rotate seasonal items when needed
• Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies

Deep Cleaning

Regularly perform:

• Baseboards
• Blinds and shutters
• Ceiling fans
• Air vents
• Window sills
• Cabinet fronts
• Appliance detailing
• Tile and grout
• Furniture polishing
• Upholstery vacuuming
• Interior windows
• High dusting
• Garage organization (light)
• Outdoor living area tidiness (light)

Household Support

• Receive deliveries and organize packages
• Assist with seasonal decorating when requested
• Notify homeowner of maintenance concerns
• Report supplies that need replenishing
• Work alongside other household staff professionally

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional housekeeping experience (private home experience preferred)
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Honest, reliable, and dependable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable around pets
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
