Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business office hours
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

About the Opportunity

Quantum Care Place of El Dorado Hills is a newly opening assisted living community seeking a dependable Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning throughout resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, and offices.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and care for floors and fixtures using assigned equipment and cleaning products.
• Clean and disinfect fixtures, floors, mirrors, windows, doors, and walls.
• Gather and dispose of trash and waste according to facility procedures.
• Complete terminal cleaning of resident rooms and prepare rooms for new occupants, including following isolation procedures when applicable.
• Follow infection-control, safety, fire, and disaster-preparedness procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of or ability to learn floor cleaners, buffers, vacuums, cleaning agents, and related equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and learn routine tasks quickly.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual work with agility and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift, push, pull, or move items weighing at least 30 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, nights, or other hours as facility needs require.
• A respectful, professional approach to working with older adults and their families.
