Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. Your energy and commitment to quality will help uphold our reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing.
• Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and bathrooms.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all areas.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist with outdoor work when necessary, including trash removal and outdoor surface cleaning.
• Communicate professionally with guests regarding their needs or special requests related to housekeeping services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks comfortably.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas when needed.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
