Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Housekeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas, and managing staff performance and inventory. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service excellence and creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily work assignments and prepare staff rosters for housekeeping attendants.

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.

• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to housekeeping staff on duty.

• Monitor housekeeping supplies and maintain proper par stock levels.

• Implement control measures to minimize operational errors and wastage.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality and service standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams on repairs and upkeep of rooms and facilities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of housekeeping supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership skills with knowledge of housekeeping operations.
