Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all surfaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and floor care techniques.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment in accordance with health standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens and living areas as required, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Use cleaning detergents safely and effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Communicate professionally with clients or residents to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage time effectively to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
