Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are consistently met.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for clients.
• Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents effectively to maintain cleanliness.
• Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting tasks safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans or outdoor work.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored housekeeping services.
• Maintain organized cleaning schedules, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity throughout each shift.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and proper handling techniques.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safety awareness.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Demonstrated time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning or yard maintenance as needed.
