Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments for different flooring types
• Manage outdoor work tasks such as trash removal, yard tidying, or patio cleaning when applicable
• Use manual handling techniques safely to lift heavy furniture or equipment during deep cleaning or rearrangement tasks
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and properly stored after use
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or clients’ requests promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality and respect

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation procedures, and outdoor maintenance
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently with heavy lifting involved
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the shift
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities is advantageous
• Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or protocols is a plus
