    Cascade Park Gardens is looking for a Full-Time Housekeeper/Environmental Services Aide to join our team!

    In senior living, housekeeping is about so much more than keeping things clean. You help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents. Your work has a direct impact on their quality of life, and the relationships you build along the way can make a resident's day.

    What You'll Do

    As a member of our Environmental Services team, you'll help keep resident rooms and shared spaces clean, comfortable and inviting. Your day may include:

    • Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas
    • Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
    • Dusting and cleaning surfaces
    • Emptying trash and maintaining clean waste areas
    • Cleaning sinks, showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors and interior windows
    • Changing bedding and assisting with mattress turning as needed
    • Moving light furniture as necessary for thorough cleaning
    • Cleaning offices, staff areas and other community spaces
    • Taking special care around residents' personal belongings
    • Working alongside other team members to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming community

    Most importantly, you'll interact with the people who call Cascade Park Gardens home. A friendly smile, a kind word and respect for a resident's personal space are just as important as a sparkling clean room.

    Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare or senior living is helpful, but a great attitude, dependability and a strong work ethic are just as important.
