As a Housekeeper, you play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. From sparkling bathrooms and perfectly made beds to fresh linens and thoughtfully stocked amenities, your work helps turn a hotel stay into a great stay.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, public areas, and assigned spaces.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, wipe surfaces, and ensure every room meets our cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance concerns, damage, safety hazards, or other issues promptly.
• Keep housekeeping carts stocked and organized with supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Follow all safety, cleaning, sanitation, and PPE procedures.
• Support recycling, waste-disposal, and energy-conservation practices.
• Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and other hotel team members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow all grooming and uniform standards.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated team members who take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or cleaning experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe handling of cleaning products.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, professional, and able to maintain a positive attitude throughout the workday.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, supervisors, and other hotel departments.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing housekeeping duties throughout the hotel.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning supplies, linens, equipment, and other items weighing approximately 20–30 pounds.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, stoop, kneel, and move throughout guest rooms and other assigned areas.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.
• Good balance, coordination, and mobility to move safely around furniture, equipment, stairs, corridors, and other hotel areas.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail during busy shifts and changing priorities.
• Ability to work safely around cleaning products and in varying temperatures and humidity levels while following all safety procedures.
• Ability to maintain the physical stamina necessary to complete assigned duties during a full shift.
