We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Team members to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
• Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests and responding to their needs.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
