Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless environment.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
• Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or supplies safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns.
• Maintain organized cleaning equipment and supplies inventory, ensuring all tools are used correctly and stored properly for optimal performance.
• Follow time management practices to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods without compromising quality.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations related to cleaning surfaces, handling chemicals, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with floor care methods including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and surface sanitation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs.
• Knowledge of various cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and sanitation products.
• Experience with laundry processes and outdoor work is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $15.16 - $16.00 per hour
