Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and disinfecting.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing items.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
• Support team efforts in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere by adhering to company policies and delivering excellent customer service.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and procedures enhances efficiency and quality of service.
• Ability to manage custodial tasks independently while working efficiently within a team setting.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
