Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed
• Ensure trash disposal is handled efficiently and recycling protocols are followed
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Follow established safety procedures to prevent accidents during cleaning tasks
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested

Requirements

• Prior custodial experience or background in cleaning services preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of commercial cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to creating a hygienic environment for all occupants
