Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently
• Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely and effectively
• Handle manual lifting and outdoor work as needed to access different areas of the property safely
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests
• Maintain organized cleaning schedules, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and detergents used in residential settings
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with care
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients
• Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
