Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
• Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guest needs
• Follow established safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness deficiencies and report them promptly
• Adhere to hospitality standards by providing friendly, professional service that enhances guest comfort and satisfaction
• Manage janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste disposal, window cleaning, and deep cleaning projects as scheduled

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is advantageous
• Experience in hospitality environments demonstrates the ability to deliver exceptional guest service
• Knowledge of floor care methods including polishing, stripping, and waxing floors is beneficial
• Background in janitorial or custodial work provides a strong foundation for maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory or training responsibilities
