Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning across all areas of the residence.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas.
• Manage heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or large items with manual handling techniques.
• Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored housekeeping services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and other cleaning equipment.
• Strong understanding of cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and surface care techniques.
• Ability to perform outdoor work when required, including outdoor surface cleaning and yard tidying.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and feedback.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
