Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in residential settings. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain a spotless environment.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces including carpets, floors, and furniture.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, or supplies with proper technique to prevent injury.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patio spaces or entryways.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and other tools effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with safe handling practices.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
• Physical stamina for indoor work experience, heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.

Requirements

• Must have own vehicle and use for transportation between homes.
• Vehicle must also be used to transport provided cleaning supplies.
• Must pass background check

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
