Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor patios
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively
• Conduct laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing various flooring types
• Dust surfaces regularly to eliminate allergens and improve indoor air quality
• Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or janitorial services is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and floor care techniques
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience with outdoor cleaning tasks such as patio or garden area maintenance is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions for cleaning procedures and safety protocols
