Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures according to established standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools efficiently.
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to prevent injury.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, outdoor work, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
• Exceptional client communication skills with a friendly attitude toward residents and visitors.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and outdoor maintenance is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
