We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional residential, vacation rental, and business cleaning services, ensuring all spaces are sanitized, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. Your proactive approach to cleaning and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction of our clients and guests. We are a growing business and are seeking a part time/as needed contracted housekeeper with the possibility of a more full work schedule becoming available with Saturdays-Mondays being the highest volume days.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, removal of cobwebs and surface sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards and staging of the home.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens efficiently
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, and applying floor polish or sealants as needed
• Manage outdoor work tasks such as patio and patio furniture cleaning or yard tidying when required
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services
• Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or moving supplies to prevent injuries
• Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and maintenance requests for seamless housekeeping management

Experience

• No previous house cleaning experience is needed and training will be provided, but a general knowledge in Residential, Vacation rental, or Commercial cleaning environments is a bonus
• Must be able to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks in fast-paced settings
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Must have a valid Driver's License, Vehicle
• Must provide your own Cleaning Tools and Cleaners
• Must be available on weekends
• Must pass a background check
• Must provide your own General Liability Ins. and Workers Comp Ins.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
