Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Conduct laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability for guests.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required by management.

Skills

• Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Familiarity with custodial duties and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
