Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning across various residential spaces.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
• Maintain floor care by using appropriate cleaning equipment for carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and outdoor surface maintenance.
• Manage cleaning supplies by using suitable detergents and janitorial products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances during deep cleaning or moving chores.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or custodial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and proper use of cleaning equipment and detergents.
• Ability to perform outdoor work when required, including patio or garden area maintenance.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures for maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
