Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and an understanding of hospitality standards.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high cleanliness standards are met.
• Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed.
• Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability for guests.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
