Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment
• Maintain floor care by performing carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and other specialized cleaning tasks
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Use cleaning equipment responsibly while adhering to safety standards and procedures for custodial work

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or custodial experience
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces, including carpets, floors, and furniture
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and proper handling of cleaning equipment
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and understanding of housekeeping needs

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
