Housekeeper

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying linens.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping and mopping
• Communicate effectively with residents to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service while managing time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks promptly.

Qualifications

• experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces and proper use of cleaning equipment and detergents.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and procedures for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple rooms
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning duties.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with residents about their needs and expectations.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
