Gisborne Holdings Ltd is on the lookout for an enthusiastic housekeeper to join the team at Waikanae Beach Top 10 Holiday Park. We offer a unique holiday experience for visitors to Tairāwhiti, and our team takes pride in delivering a world-class experience for our guests.

About the Role:
As a housekeeper, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our holiday park. Your duties will include cleaning guest rooms, communal areas, and ensuring our facilities are stocked and well-presented. You'll help make every guest feel at home! This role is perfect for someone looking for physical part-time work at a well-loved holiday destination.

Responsibilities include:

• Dusting, polishing, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising
• Linen changeover
• Replenishing consumables and rearranging furniture
• Reporting necessary repairs and maintenance
• Ensuring all accommodations and public areas are presented to the highest standard

We value a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude over experience, as full training is provided. However, previous experience in a similar role is always a bonus!

Ideally, you will be:

• Proactive with excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Meticulous with attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role
• A positive team member who is solution-focused
