The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring all assigned rooms, common areas, and facilities are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standard. This role helps maintain a clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment for guests.

Job Description: Housekeeping Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Cleaner to maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, common areas, facilities, and other assigned spaces according to company standards. Local candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Make beds, change bed linens, towels, and other housekeeping supplies.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean surfaces thoroughly.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish toiletries and housekeeping supplies as required.
• Report damaged items, maintenance issues, or lost property to the supervisor.
• Follow cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas.
• Complete other cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, and hardworking.
• Able to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, or shifts when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
