Housekeeper

BeeHive Homes of Maple Grove is a growing, locally owned and operated 41-suite memory care community dedicated to revolutionizing the way we provide care to seniors living with memory impairment. We have designed our home and our care model with a focus on empowering residents to live as active, engaged and independent as possible.

To carry out our mission, we need someone like you! A Housekeeper who has experience working in assisted living/memory care or has a passion for working with seniors. Someone who thrives in a small, family-like work environment. Someone who is looking to feel connected within a supportive team atmosphere, yet strives to grow through challenges and learning.

A Day in The Life:

Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment for the residents and team members and assure the home reflects a high quality of care and appearance.

• Clean common areas and resident suites
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and disinfecting supplies
• Perform miscellaneous light repairs, such replacing light bulbs or batteries
• Monitor and report any areas or equipment in need of maintenance or repair
• Deliver excellent customer service

Education and Experience:

• High School education or equivalent
• 6+ months of professional housekeeping experience
• Dementia/ Memory Care training a plus, but will be provided

Must-Have’s:

• Follows all policies and procedures
• Can communicate effectively in English, verbal and written, with residents and staff
• Dependability, organization, time management, attention to detail
• Must receive a "not disqualified" criminal background result and may not be on the OIG exclusions list

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
