Housekeeper

About the role

Villa Housekeeper position with Eluna Hospitality's operational team in Bali. The role requires attention to detail, responsibility, and high hygiene standards to ensure every villa is maintained in the best condition for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other villa areas
• Prepare villas before guest check-in according to Eluna Hospitality standards
• Perform daily housekeeping during guest stays
• Change and prepare linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies
• Ensure all villa areas are clean, tidy, fresh-smelling, and ready for use
• Inspect villa facilities and report damage or maintenance needs to the operational team
• Assist with check-in/check-out preparation as needed
• Maintain guest privacy, comfort, and satisfaction during stays
• Collaborate with the operational team to maintain service standards

About you

• Experience as a Housekeeper in a villa, hotel, resort, or hospitality setting preferred
• Attentive, disciplined, honest, clean, and responsible
• Good attitude and friendly towards guests
• High attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work shift systems, including weekends and public holidays if required
• Resident in Bali
