Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services, managing household chores efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment for clients. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to ensure all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
• Implement proper sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards across all residential spaces.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas as needed.
• Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to prevent injury.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns.
• Maintain organized cleaning schedules and manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces including carpets, floors, and outdoor areas.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with efficiency.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Experience in floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, and overall housekeeping management is preferred.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
