About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, common areas, and administrative spaces
• Ensuring that all areas are sanitized and meet infection control standards
• Restocking linens, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Assisting with laundry and linen management
• Collaborating with other team members to meet our high standards for patient care and satisfaction
• Housekeeper will also have opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Housekeeper must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
