Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain pristine living spaces.
• Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met across all areas.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas when necessary.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all tools are in good working condition for daily use.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes without compromising quality.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work and heavy lifting involved in moving furniture or handling supplies.
• Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and disinfectants, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
