Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to enhance the appearance of all surfaces.
• Manage outdoor work tasks such as patio or porch cleaning when required, ensuring outdoor areas are tidy and well-maintained.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit.
• Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury while completing tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and various janitorial tools.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while managing time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled periods.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks; outdoor work experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents and supplies along with proper safety protocols for sanitation procedures.
