Housekeeper

Overview

Join our growing team as a Housekeeper and bring a passion for cleanliness and customer service to a vibrant Hotel environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within our guests rooms.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization.
• Operate various cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and cleaning supplies to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, moving furniture or appliances safely while respecting proper ergonomic practices.
• Maintain daily sheet records of cleaning activities and any maintenance issues encountered during shifts.
• Communicate with front desk & guests alike to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care products, and sanitation methods to ensure effective hygiene practices.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
• Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including some limited heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
• Strong communication skills for guest interaction and team collaboration.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
