Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed
• Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently
• Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely and effectively
• Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting with proper technique to move furniture or large items safely
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning methods
• Communicate professionally with residents and clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage time effectively to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with outdoor work experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with floor cleaning techniques
• Familiarity with various cleaning detergents and cleaning equipment used in housekeeping tasks
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently
• Excellent client communication skills to ensure resident satisfaction
• Skilled in dusting, surface cleaning, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday
