Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure hygienic environments.
• Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and use of specialized equipment to preserve flooring quality.
• Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and effectively.
• Conduct outdoor work as needed, including patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while managing time effectively to meet scheduling demands.

Experience

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience with residential cleaning is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and the use of various cleaning equipment is essential.
• Experience in implementing cleaning procedures that adhere to sanitation standards is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents and proper handling techniques ensures safe and effective cleaning practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus, especially for maintaining exterior areas of residential properties.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration are important for success in this role.

Pay: $23.24 - $27.98 per hour
