Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to meet established timelines while maintaining quality.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold housekeeping management protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff members in the hospitality sector to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices within hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
