Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and floor polishers with proper handling techniques for safety and effectiveness.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures meticulously across all surfaces and areas to meet health standards.
• Use cleaning detergents appropriately while adhering to safety guidelines for handling chemicals.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit.
• Prioritize time management to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance.

Experience

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, demonstrating familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Knowledge of janitorial and custodial procedures, including sanitation standards and surface care protocols.
• Strong understanding of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and safe chemical handling practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively while completing multiple tasks.
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods is essential.
