Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures to maintain hygienic living spaces.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely to ensure effective results.
• Implement proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting and outdoor work to prevent injury and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas according to established protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on cleaning progress, and address any special requests or concerns.
• Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with knowledge of janitorial procedures.
• Strong skills in cleaning surfaces, floor care—including tile, wood, carpet—and outdoor work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other tools.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning detergents to ensure health standards are met.
• Ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple residences or locations.
• Experience in dusting, laundry processes, outdoor work environments, and residential housekeeping is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
