Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
• A background in hospitality or custodial services will be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
