Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
• Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and performing routine maintenance to ensure surfaces are spotless and safe.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests for additional cleaning or specific needs.
• Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed during all cleaning activities to promote health and safety standards.
• Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining storage areas in an organized manner.
• Support housekeeping management with inventory checks, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning methods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably during cleaning routines.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation is preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and janitorial experience will be considered an asset.
• Prior experience with custodial responsibilities or hotel housekeeping roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
