Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common spaces, and hallways.
• Conduct detailed floor care procedures such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain surface quality.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards and prevent the spread of germs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or deep sanitation tasks to enhance overall cleanliness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial experience is highly valued.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and commercial cleaning practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or reaching as needed.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience with laundry processes and equipment operation.
