Housekeeper

About the Role

We are seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organisation, and presentation across guest and residential areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and other assigned areas.
• Make and change beds and ensure rooms are properly prepared for guests.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitise surfaces as required.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, amenities, and other guest supplies.
• Assist with laundry, ironing, and linen management where required.
• Keep guest spaces organised, clean, and well presented at all times.
• Handle cleaning materials, equipment, and household items appropriately.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or other concerns promptly.
• Follow established housekeeping, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with butlers and other service teams to ensure guest areas are properly maintained.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, luxury residence, private household, or similar environment.
• Good knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, laundry, and housekeeping procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Good personal hygiene and professional presentation.
• Ability to handle household equipment and cleaning products safely.
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties effectively.
• Reliable, hardworking, discreet, and service-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
