About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Borgo Monchiero, A Signature Atmosphere. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation across guest accommodations and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. This role requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to delivering the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare, and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with the property's standards.
• Change bed linen, refresh towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, functionality, and presentation, promptly reporting maintenance requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment, supplies, and guest belongings.
• Follow established hygiene, health, and safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Key Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a guest-focused approach to service.
