Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Hotel experience required. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sweep/mop floors
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning products
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
• Knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning practices is desirable
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
