Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality for a hospitality project in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Train and guide team members on housekeeping procedures.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant housekeeping experience.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Leadership, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards.
