Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all rooms and common areas.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools with proper manual handling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces when applicable, including patios or entryways.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding specific cleaning needs or concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely when moving furniture or large items.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities.
• Customer service skills that foster positive client communication and satisfaction.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces.
• Basic understanding of floor cleaning techniques including carpet care and floor polishing.

Pay: $19.56 - $25.00 per hour
