Housekeeper

Individual independent Housekeeper required eitherweekly orfortnightly.

This energetic position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional cleaning services that enhance the overall experience for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities

• Washing and drying using communal launderette in the ground floor of our building
• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, common areas, and other specified spaces with precision and care.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, linens, and towels to ensure availability for resident or guests.
• Follow established safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued safety.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while executing daily tasks efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
