Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various flooring surfaces to preserve their appearance and longevity.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, outdoor furniture maintenance, and debris removal when required.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy objects or moving furniture during deep cleaning or rearrangements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures.
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, carpets, and floor care techniques using appropriate equipment.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to sanitation standards.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments within scheduled timeframes.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, outdoor work, and extended periods of standing or walking.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents and sanitation best practices is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
